About Us (including is operated by and registered to Sonar Informatics Limited. Over 1000 Pharmacies offer the NHS flu vaccination service in London. This service is offering patients the ability to make an online appointment with their local Pharmacy providers. The journey for the patient and provider can be made a little safer if all the information is collected prior to the appointment.

Save time and save lives by booking a flu vaccination. Safeguard yourself, your family or someone you care for by providing the information that would normally be collected at the appointment, preventing any delay.

Once your vaccination appointment is booked and confirmed your details will be displayed and emailed to you, and you can print or scan a QR code which contains your appointment information to take to the pharmacy.

Sonar Informatics provides the IT Platform for the NHS Flu and PPV service to all London pharmacies. Pharmacies use Sonar Informatics technology to record your vaccination details. Selected patients who fall into certain categories are offered the NHS free vaccination service. You can now provide the information that is needed for your appointment prior to your vaccination at

Eligibility Criteria for the following services

Anyone over 65 years of age

Persons between 18 and 64 years of age in the following categories:
  • Chronic respiratory disease
  • Chronic heart disease
  • Chronic kidney disease
  • Chronic liver disease
  • Chronic neurological disease
  • Diabetes
  • Immunosuppression
  • Asplenia / splenic dysfunction
  • Pregnant woman
  • Person in long-stay residential care home or care facility
  • Carer
  • Household contact of immunocompromised individual
  • Morbid obesity (BMI ≥ 40)
  • 50-64 years (not in risk group)- Will be available after a set date by NHS E
  • Learning disability
  • Household contact of person on NHS shielded patient list
  • Employed through Direct Payment of Personal Health Budget
  • Social care worker
  • Hospice worker
All the below who have previously not received a dose of Pneumococcal Polysaccharide (PPV)
  • People aged 65 years and over
  • Chronic respiratory disease aged 18 to 64 years
  • Chronic heart disease aged 18 to 64 years
  • Chronic kidney disease aged 18 to 64 years
  • Chronic liver disease aged 18 to 64 years
  • Diabetes aged 18 to 64 years
  • Immunosuppression & asplenia or dysfunction of the spleen aged 18 to 64 years
  • Individuals with cochlear implants aged 18 to 64 years
